Day 24 - 2010

Skiing lessons were interesting tonight as there was a lot of rain. It made for quick line-ups and thankfully the kids didn't seem to mind. I spent most of the time in the chalet - using my laptop and reading - Love that! Afterwards we went to my parents' for dinner (loving that - dinner ready - no prep!) and Matt is becoming quite the connoisseur for helping in the kitchen and dishing out dessert. He really wants to be involved.

I went skiing today all by myself! With my new boots! I had a great time - I did 19 runs in the time I was there. I remember thinking that I am so blessed to be able to have an opportunity to do this! Thanks Drew! On a sad note, apparently within a 1/2 hour after I left, a boy was killed by runing into the woods. Life is precious and I am so thankful for it.
